Breakfast: 6 ounces of cherry yogurt over 1 cup of mini wheats=280 Calories

Lunch: Microwave lasagna, fruit and jello cup, and baked chips=440 Calories

It tasted better that it looked.
Dinner: Chicken Pot pie (2 servings)=640 Calories

Grand total=1360

    Good job.

    It is always helpful to visualize your calorie count.

    When you first start thinking about limiting calories to 1500 a day, it sounds like you are going to starve.

    When you see what you can eat and be at 1300-1400....it shows you that you won't starve, and even have room for a couple of apples as between meal snacks.
