Getting closer to the big weigh in, got my new bodybugg, and after a few glitches, it is up and running, so now I am trying to be right on the money with my food logging, so I can see how the calorie in, calorie out is going to start paying off for me. I read a great blog today about "the inner coach, " and firing that noise. The statements made about pushups from the knees not being real push-ups or being lazy pushups is a statement I have heard many many times before. Even though I am pushing 59 pretty hard, I still have hopes and dreams of doing "real" pushups and pullups one day, so I am going back down on my knees and going to make a commitment to do 10 of these every day.....and add as many as I can till failure, so I stop thinking of these pushups as "too easy" to have any benefits! Still trying to make my goal of logging my countdown everyday, even though I miss DAYS at a time, I will NOT give up!!
