On this evening of 4 January I have set a new goal to get my weight down to 205 by 1 May 2011. I will be looking for continued motivation and support. I know it can be done and I feel that I can do it. It is a little more than 14 weeks to lose about 14 pounds. Easy beans, right? What a journey! WooHoo!

    Funny you say "Easy beans" in your blog. I am going to eat more beans this week. I love Lentils in soup too.
