OK, it's taken me 3 years to find this "blogging" capability but it's a whole lot easier than changing my status all the time.
I've been doing an "IFit" workout for weightloss on my treadmill every other day plus extra running. It amounts to about 45 minutes of running 5-6MPH and 15 minutes of walking. I'm doing kettleball training on my "off running" days for cardio and strenghening. I'm having issues with my right elbow so have taken some time down from serious weights but I need to get that arm better so I can work on it. I'd never think my arms were my worst asset but they are!!! They look like my 5th grade teachers arms and we used to make fun of her when she'd write on the calkboard. PLEASE don't ever ask me to write on a chalkboard!!!
Sticking to my 6 pound per month weight loss goal for a minimum of another 20 pounds and will readdess it at that time. I NEED to stay on my workout schedule. I'm traveling quite a bit these next couple of months, so that will make it hard but I'll take workout clothes and shoes with me!
