First week of January Review

Here are the goals that I set for the week:

- Follow the 5-Day Inferno Plan to get my body ready for Turbo Fire

- Set a time of the day to do my workouts and stick to it emoticon

- Find a place with an indoor track emoticon

- Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily

- Make time to read 3 days this week

- Set a time to do my assignments for my classes emoticon

- Weigh, measure, and take a photo of myself for my beginning picture for 2011 emoticon

This week was a learning experience and I am not going to beat myself up or talk bad about the goals that I didn't meet. I managed to lose 2 pounds during the week, so I was obviously doing something right. It was a real busy week, but I survived.
