It's Humpday!

Hey Ho Everyone!!

Got on here kinda late, besides logging my food I just didn't have the time today! I worked 7-3 and then needed to go grocery shopping and filled up on tons of healthy foods..I'm so excited! So I figured out that I needed to drop my calories by resetting my spark information and it informed me that I was a little high. So that went alright today. I had a little trouble after dinner. I didn't CHEAT! but i was starting to feel hungry. I am trying to train myself not to eat after 730 tho so I did not give in. I drank some crystal light and told myself that I do not need to eat. I can eat in the morning. Hopefully eventually I will just get used to it.

I am PRAYING that I don't have to go into work tomorrow. I really need my day off! I have worked 54 hours this past week. I am dead tired. ugh..so cross your fingers for me!

Tomorrow is my workout 3 on Active 2. I'm looking forward to it. It always makes me feel better. I also have decided after reading alot of sparkpages and blogs that I want to run a 5K at one point. I am a little far from that goal right now but I will do it. I hate running but I think that once I get going I'm going to learn to love it!

Well not much else for today..not very exciting!

    Well done on not eating after 7.30, one of the hardest times not eat pointless calories is definately in the evening
