Hey everyone -

Writing my official blog of the day. I went over my calories. And instead of whining about it I should suck it up..and realize that I did something wrong. I need to cut down the meals..make 3 into 5 maybe and it might be easier to do. I CAN do this! I am worth the change.. I am going to do it...I won't let this minor setback affect my week. I will lose weight this week and I will stay within my range tomorrow.

I worked out today..Workout 3 on was easier than the last 2..I still sweat alot and lost 252 calories..but I think I'm getting better at it. I want to do another workout tonight because I did go over my calories but Im so tired and have a major headache.

But I'm going to go watch some television and not get too upset. I'll do better tomorrow. I know I will..
