Weight Training

Sore from Wednesday's weight training session with my trainer. And, I'm eager to get in there this morning and work the muscle groups some more. They had there rest and time to build. I still don't see much difference. And, I'm continuing onward.

Ate out last night and feel rather upset about it. I've been eating rather clean since flying home from vacation. I just remember what my trainer always tells me: "Consistency and not perfection; and you will see results." So I learn and move on. This is a life-time journey for me. Each day is full of possibilities and the opportunity to continue to whittle and chisel the extra weight off that binds me. I am healthier, I am more active, and I have a burning desire to live my life strong. In the end, that's what matters most to me.
