I have been unable to exercise because of a bad disc in my back and my knee is full of fluid!! I have found myself just nibbling on evertyhing that is not good for me!! I have to find something to do to occupy my time so I want gain this weight back!!! Please give me some suggestions !!

    well you could read a book, do a crossword puzzle, puzzle at least that well keep you busy.

    Have you tried Tony little's gazelle? I was able to do a great cardio workout with that awesome machine of his when I pulled my calf muscle...it might work for you. emoticon Also try eating a lot of really green veges throughout the day starting with breakfast...if your body gets the vitamins it needs your body shouldn't crave as much...its worth a try.
