Where is Summer???

Sunday, January 16, 2011

Hey everyone!

So it's like ridiculous cold outside and I hate it! I want summer already! Anyways, had a fabulous day today! What a turn around from yesterday...special thanks to two people who really got me motivated and in a better mood..BUBBLES1987 and PENGUINPRINCEZ...thank you girls are godsends! Anyways..I not only stayed within my calories today, I did a great workout this afternoon before work. Workout number 5 of my 9 week program on EA Active. It was a 36 minute workout and I was projected to lose 341 calories...instead I lost 403!!!! Go me!

Tomorrow is weigh in...I'm a little nervous because of how rough this week was but I'll be happy if I lose ANYTHING. No matter how is a step towards my goals. So I totally am saving to get these new running shoes...they are the Reebok Zigtechs..I really really want them but they are 100 dollars and that is alot for

Tomorrow is also going to be my very first Zumba class! I'm nervous...I don't know what to expect and a little nervous I will be the only overweight person there..but that's's supposed to be fun so I'm excited!!!

Well not much else to report...I will definietly fill ya'll in on Zumba and my 2nd weigh in...night dears!

Keep up the amazing job!!!! If you don't see a difference, or even a gain this week, DONT FREAK OUT!! Your body goes through a lot of changes the first couple of weeks. Pick something to work on next week (water, calories, workouts, whatever) and focus on that. That way, even if the scales are mean, you've accomplished a goal. Good luck! emoticon
