Last Week's Goals Revisited...

- Do the planned exercises each day for Turbo Fire
- Drink 64 ounces of water each day
- Start back to jogging on the treadmill on Saturday
- Exercise and do homework during the set time
- stay within my calorie range
I will do better this coming week as I learned a few things that I didn't know about myself. I will get my act together next week.
