I'm Sorry :(

Thursday, January 20, 2011

So this last week has been bad. I've been working out sure but as far as eating healthy..ha not even close..but I AM really serious about this. I want to lose weight and I think my guilt over how I've eaten over the last week is a sign that I am indeed ready to lose weight. It's gonna be hard and it's not gonna be fun but I need to do it for myself.

If my sparkfriends will please give me another chance..I have already forgiven myself and am ready to start fresh. I'm worth this and I just hope ya'll don't give upon me.

Thanks guys..and here is the start of the rest of our lives!

Honey, I have fallen off the wagon and had it run me over SEVERAL times! It happens. Dust yourself off and get back to it! I fully expect to see food and exercise journals, Missy! Lemme know what I can do to help.

Nobody is perfect and we all slip up once in a while. As long as you learn the lesson, you are on the right track. I am lucky enough that my new bf is diabetic too and he can often be my voice of reason..."do you really need that babe?" or "Do you really want to put that in your body?" We all need that reality check sometimes. Realizing you are doing it for you and to feel better more than looking good in a skinny pair of jeans is a good start.

My dear, it can happen to all of us, please! I also wasn't happy about my chocolate and cookie intake yesterday but today it got a bit better and I stopped the cravings with my first ever self-made smoothie...

There is always a way and I am sure you can do it! Don't give up, one step after the other.

If I may suggest someting: try to think or even write down which elements made it so difficult the last week. Stress? The wrong food in the house (then get ridd of it maybe!)?

We are always here for you, you can do this! Keep us posted how it's going!

Every day is a new chance, heck every meal is a new chance!! The whole premise of the Spark is to do this in baby steps, deal with set backs and move on!! No apologies needed- this is for YOU not us... You can and will do this!
