Yesterday I did 3 miles but did them in 1-1/2 x 2 with 10 minutes of walking in between. Today I went for distance and did 2.5 Miles, walked 2-1/2 mins then finished up the 3.1 miles. Most of it at 12 min miles, did about 1/2 mile at 11. I was feeling VERY good. My incline on my treadmill isn't working and I wish I could incline it a bit to reflect real world, but oh well, maybe I just need to speed up to offset the lack of incline.
I do have to say I was tired after the 3.1 miles but I wasn't totally "undone".
I lost a pound this week which is about where I want to be. Had dinner at some friends last night and still came in w/in my calorie range. Just like Jackie, I feel like I can control it and enjoy what I do eat. I even had full fat ice cream for dessert last night (just 1 REAL serving, 1/2 c) and I haven't had that in YEARS!

    Thanks, Lynn!! I think we're both doing well. How was your week? I noted on your Spark Page, you are "eating clean". What is that? Does that mean no cookies???? :(
