I'm a high stress person. I'm always planning things out and not just for the day...for years down the road. In my personal life I have the what if's that lead to worries. In my work I have the too much to do in too little time. I'm hoping to work on bringing my two stressers down a few levels. I've started doing multiplication tables in my head to change my ever running mind when it takes off. I read before bed so I dream of that instead of running through what I have to do or scenario's that get me reved up. The deep breathes helps too. Logging everything into SparkPeople helps with my cumpulsive planning and organizing.
