Goals for January Day 27

1. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day. I would love to go for 8 but I am going to stay realistic.
2. Walk at least 6000 steps a day. Again I could go for 10,000 but we all have bad days... lol
3. Eat 5 serving of fruit/veggies a day
Met all of my goals again - WooHoo!
1. 6 glasses
2. 10,072 steps
3. 6 fruit/veggies
I have started my water today. Need to keep a better eye on the food. I went way over on calories yesterday
