I am restarting this journey of weight loss after falling off the wagon. I lost my dad on January 7th, he was 87 and lived a long life, married to my mom for 48 years. Well that loss and readjustment to just being my mom and me living on our own together. We have been eating out, having leftovers and microwavable items. Just geting back to some cooking.
During this month I didn't exercise that first week after the loss and I am slowly getting back to exercising, still need to work on my diet which went to shambles. Currently I workout twice a week at a friends house for an hour each time.
