Goals for January Day 28

1. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day. I would love to go for 8 but I am going to stay realistic.
2. Walk at least 6000 steps a day. Again I could go for 10,000 but we all have bad days... lol
3. Eat 5 serving of fruit/veggies a day
Met all of my goals again - WooHoo!
1. 5 glasses
2. 8206 steps
3. 6 fruit/veggies
Missed the water goal yesterday. I have to make sure I make it today. What a terrible eating day I had again. I ate a gyro and McDonald's fries. Woah... with that sodium!!
