Okay ... Back on track?

This weekend was a totally epic failure ... I don't think I have any other words for the last couple of days. I didn't even do my exercise today. I did eat within my calories today so there is that one positive thing.

I do have to say that I did loose one pound this week and even with the Taco Bell and the Domino's. Oh yeah, and speaking of that.... I found it so odd that I thought soda was disgusting. I drank my absolute favorite soda in the world, and it was Dr. Pepper ... I thought that this was going to be the greatest cheat day EVER!!! Come to find out that after not drinking soda for 3 weeks I didn't find that it tasted that good ... it kinda tasted flat and bitter... I loved the taste of my water afterward.

Also, I got to eat a taco... I just wanted one and I should have just eaten one. I ate two and a half a cheese fold over thingy ... and then I was soo lazy from going out the night before and drinking entirely too much that I didn't want to get up and cook ... So, we had a few friends sleeping over and they ordered some pizza ... so I ate one small piece of Hawaiian and one piece of cheeseburger and that was equally as gross as the soda...

The best thing about my cheat was the first Taco ... it was oh so good ..

But now, it is time to get back on track. sigh ... what a set back ... I am going to exersize Tues, Wed, and Fri .... I must do all my scheduled work outs ...
