Yesterday's blog focused on my January goals and how I did towards them. So now, on February 1st, it's time to think about what I want to accomplish this month.
Drop to 177 pounds, a 5 pound loss.
Do 1,000 fitness minutes.
Continue bootcamp strength training program.
Blog once a week.
Huddle with the Determination and Accountability Team every day.
Participate in the monthly Determination and Accountability fitness and weigh-in challenge.
Make significant progress on an UFO.
Knit my grandpa's hat.
Find a pattern and yarn for a wedding afghan.
Read one book.
Wear a special garment for DH once.
Do a monthly goal check-in blog.
Type up my bucket list.
Burn CDs of wedding photos.
