Got a little off track but doing better now, despite the weather

Got a little off track late last Thursday, barely hung on through Saturday, then slid way, way off track. Didn't exercise AT ALL Sunday or Monday! One day I only had 1 vegetable/fruit. Not like me at all.

I spent time on SP Monday night and boosted myself back up, so Tuesday morning, I was all raring to go. Zumba was canceled because of weather. I did a bunch of videos at home, then was all psyched for Zumba this morning. Iced in. Went to Y to walk. Closed due to power outage. More DVDs at home.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate and there will be Zumba tomorrow morning!

    Congrats on getting back on track. That is great. I got off track for a couple of months but am feeling much better now that I am back on the horse.

    I also have started using SP again to help keep me motivated and accountable. Keep up the great work.
