Week 1 Progress

Well my first week has been up and down with highs and lows but I know over time things will get better and I will gain habits that will last a lifetime

Positives
14 miles done so far this week
drinking water daily
getting in my fruit intake

Negatives
still snacking late at night
eating the higher calorie dinners
got a late start to workouts in my week

I'm currently at work for a week so hopefully that will help me out with temtpations and exercsing
