Now for the Hard Part...Exercise! Part 2

O.K., in my last blog I said that I was going to squeeze in exercise at work. Since I teach, I have very few moments of free time away from my students during the day. I had decided, though, to exercise during the times I did have free because I could never find time to do so anywhere else. It has been working out well. I have been power-walking for about 10 -15 minutes everyday and it's fantastic. It not only gets me moving, but it gives me a chance to see what is happening around the school. I have even passed this strategy on to other teachers and a few will give it a try. WOOHOO, I am passing on the Spark Spirit!
