Exercising Daily BUT....!!??

Today is the 11th consecutive day that I have been getting cardio exercise. I tell myself that I only have to do 10 minutes, but once I start I usually get 30 minutes of exercise. Now if I can make better food choices, I might get my weight under 200 which has been my goal for a long time. The overeating and bing eating are preventing me from making progress with my weight. It took me a year to drop 24 pounds! At least I didn't gain weight over the year! I will not input a weight change until I am under 200! I am so very close!!!! I can do this!

    Have you tried planing and preping food before bedtime. That way your set up for success the next day. Just a thought. Small steps lead to great things.

    Keep at it, girl. You CAN do this! Determined, persistent, and consistent; that's what you gotta be. Are you tracking your food? Sometimes seeing it in black and white can give you some umph to do better with that. And keep up the workouts--those minutes are so precious to your fitness level, whatever your weight. Go, go, go!

    Loved your blog because it is REAL. You have placed yourself in our hands and all I can say is YOU CAN DO THIS!!!. You've already lost 24 lbs that is an accomplishment. Keep steadfast in what you are doing. Change your cardio up so that you aren't doing the same thing every day. If you are going to bing eat, make it fruits and veggies and not other stuff. Better for you and it's not empty calories. I'm proud of you and your achievements so far. WAY TO GO!!! Donna

    emoticon I started out doing 10 minutes a day and like you didn't stop there most of the time. I found that even on a busy day I could do the 10.

    emoticon I know what u mean about the binge eating...the past few weeks I've been doing the same thing. Not even sure why but TODAY I am going to work really hard to stay on track. Good luck with your goal of under 200 lbs. I still have a ways to go to get there but I'm 72 lbs closer !!
