Exercising Daily BUT....!!??

Today is the 11th consecutive day that I have been getting cardio exercise. I tell myself that I only have to do 10 minutes, but once I start I usually get 30 minutes of exercise. Now if I can make better food choices, I might get my weight under 200 which has been my goal for a long time. The overeating and bing eating are preventing me from making progress with my weight. It took me a year to drop 24 pounds! At least I didn't gain weight over the year! I will not input a weight change until I am under 200! I am so very close!!!! I can do this!
