WorkingOut Made Easier!!! Is this a sign?

So, I have a new job now and my boss have a list of what is important.... on this list is health. I have the opportunity to go to the gym on my lunch. I eat my lunch while I am working and after about 30 mins (for my food to digest) I take my lunch. I make a mad dash to Urban Active and get a good 45mins to about an hours worth of workout in. It's been working out pretty good these past 2 weeks. I just need to keep doing it for awhile to get the habit to stick.

My goal is forever changing but I dont quit....I just start over.....until I get it right! LOL
Some co-workers tell me that I won't be able to lose weight at my current job...but that's a bunch of BS to me! If you tell me I cant do something.......then I go against you and tell you I CAN DO IT! I'm the type of person that goes against the grain....... that should really tell you a lot about my personality! LOL

I going to try to meet up with a group on here this weekend. I really want to branch out.
