Day 6 - Living Wheat Free

Uneventful day today
I ate leftovers from last night... yummy!
The cafeteria ladies brought me a big bowl of greens cooked in .... butter! Delicious!!!! Not the best choice - but soooo good!

Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
banana and apple

Snack - 8 almonds

Lunch:
Salad with 1/8 c. cheese and tomatoes
Spaghetti squash with Stephen's fantastic spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 clementine

So far, looks like I only have about 6 points left for the night... but that's ok... I can do that.

I am not wanting or needing wheat. I'm surprised. The cafeteria ladies tried to give me some cherry cobbler that they had made but I turned it down. My boss said it was wonderful. Yay me! :-)

I do feel bloated today for some reason though... :-(
