Day 6, short and sweet!

Just a quick recap, since I need to get ready for day seven. Burpees with dumbbells, yup I did it!! It wasn't pretty, and I kinda cheated on the last set and didn't do as many reps as I should, but DANG I did it!

Those stupid inch worm things are still killing me. I go 4 steps out with my hands, and only 2 steps in with my feet. I wish I knew when she was going to make me do these, as it always seems to be the day I am wearing a shirt that is too... one that doesn't show my belly when I am on my hands and feet at the same time hahaha

Did some calf lifts, which I thought were going to be easy, but not when you are doing 3 sets of 45.

Feeling less sore. Taking Glutamine, bringing a protein drink with me and drinking it on my way home.

Pretty sure my face is looking thinner, although the scale isn't really moving. I'm ok with that, I know I have zero muscle and now I have a little bit, so as long s I am feeling stronger, I won't be discouraged.

I'll let you know how today goes :)

    That's a great attitude. Don't you love the feeling of being strong! When I was seeing a trainer, it wasn't that the weight was coming off, it was that everything was becoming tighter and more toned! Way to go!
