105 minutes cardio
65 strength training
What kind of activity did you spend most of those minutes doing?
strength training! I did two days of bootcamp every day instead of just one.
What moment were you MOST proud of? Did you have a chance to post proof of it?
Getting up at 5:30 two days in a row to squeeze in double ST sessions before getting to the office extra early. Alas, no proof, except what's in my fitness tracker.

1. The progress I've already made. I keep rolling "30 pounds gone" around in my head.
2. How it feels to slip on my smaller clothes.
3. The feel of my muscles moving under my skin. They are strong and ready for action now!
4. The way my husband looks at me.
