Training Day 7, pretty sure she's trying to kill me

Ok, so yesterday was day 7, and also my first Friday session. I think it may be her intention to work us out hard on Friday's so we remember it and make good choices on the weekend.

Lunges, plie squats with dumbbells, Bosu up and overs, bicep curls, and curls with a twist kind of thing. ummmm some step work, a LOT of ab work (which I am totally improving on). I am supposed to do my weigh in and measurements on Monday, but I am so swamped with a Kids Cooking event that starts at 3, I don't know if I will be able to make the 6 o clock. Maybe I will just come late, work out until 7, and have her measure me sweaty. lol

No training today, but I did do 4 miles with my local Spark Team and then when straight to the gym and hopped on the Elliptical for 30 and then the stationary bike for another 30. If I am paying someone to get me in shape, I have got to make it a priority, right?
