I Feel Lazy Today!

I feel like sitting in front of the TV, but I did exercise for 45 minutes, so I am doing OK. I don't have my 10,000 steps yet, but I should make it by bedtime!

    I do 20 minutes of exercises every morning, first thing, before breakfast. It's become a habit, having been about three months now, but you know, reading your blog made me realize - I haven't yet reached the point where I think 'YEH! Let's get the body movin'!' Instead it's more like 'Mrfph... move arms... *yawn* move legs... *sigh* mebbe I could skip this today...' I haven't skipped them yet, but I still don't wake up rarin' to go, either, lol--!
