30 Day Shred- Day 1- OUCH!!!!

So i decided MArch was the month I was going to start Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

No one told me there would be push up's and jumping jacks!!!!

Holy Hades Batman I am really sore today. I laid in bed this morning contemplating just cutting off my legs instead of getting up.

Tonight i'm doing workout #2 in attempt to work a different set of muscles instead of the ones i worked last night. I feel like a total wimp not being able to do the entire 20 minutes. I mean its 20 minutes. I can do 70 on an elliptical no problem! Why can't I do 20 minutes of Jillians DVD without wanting to cry?!

Anyone else do the shread? Can you give me advice? lend me stroner muscles?

    I've been really wanting to but...afraid!!! :) So I'm going to use you as my guinea pig and see how it goes if ya don't mind! hehe ...but seriously, good luck to you - stick with it!
