weighing in

i am about to weigh in. dum dum dum dum duuuuuuuuuuuuum. thats either the death toll or a drum roll depending on if lose, gain or stay the same. ??????????????????????????????
?????????????? ok i stayed the same . but on the im with trainer and she said disregard and to weigh in first thing in the morning. said it was very important to weigh in at about the same time, everytime. at different times of the day your weight can fluctuate depending on what you eat, do or do lol. will reweigh in in the morning.

    On the bright side: at least you didn't gain. I usually weigh myself in the morning before I begin my workout. I know I shouldn't, but I weigh myself at least 3 times a week, but I only count my Sunday weigh-in as the official one.
