BACK TO BASICS CHALLENGE!!!!

H20 - For every 8 ounces, you earn 1 point (10 points max)

FREGGIES - 5 servings per day (1 point for each serving - 5 points max)

TRACK - Record all of your food for the day, even if you go over (5 points)

CARDIO - 20 minutes per day (5 points per 20 minutes - 15 points max)

STRENGTH - 6 sets of 15-20 Reps Upper or Lower (5 points per set - 30 points max)

POST - On your team thread at least 1 time (5 points)
