Another Great Week

I finally was able to make my WW meeting today. I think that I have found what I need to keep myselfmotivated and on the right track. I like the accountablility and the rewards you receive when you reach weight loss goals. I am working on losing the first 5 pounds with them (my tracker is my weight from my home scale). I had a very good week as I stayed close to my daily points as possible. I did more exercise this week then I have done in the past two weeks. am slowly getting back into the swing of things. My goals for the day is to plan out my meals and workouts for the week and do some spring cleaning.
