~ Day 4~

Today was my fourth day of walking for me in a row! I can't remember the last time I walked that much, and it isn't really even that much, but I feel pretty damn awesome even a little smug right now :-) I remember when I used to walk every where, and I want to work my way back to doing that again.

I even took my mom out with me which was pretty great. I didn't walk as far today and it took as long as yesterday, so I could tell I was walking a bit slower today, but that is more than o.k. with me. I figured that my body is a bit tired and not use to exercise so it needed a bit of a break.

Not to sound like a marketing geek or anything but if anyone is ever looking for a new running shoe I have ones that are fabulous and are doing a great job toning my legs. Back in the fall I bought the Champion version of the Reebok re-tone runners.. I wasn't sure at first if they would do the same job, but I did some research before I bought them and they appeared that the could virtually do the same thing. They are cheaper which is why I didn't buy the Reebok's, but I tell you just wearing them around for every day wear has done some work. I can feel a difference in my calves and I love it! So that's my little piece of shoe advice :-)
So tomorrow is day 5 and I'm hoping for the sun to shine again and hopefully a bit warmer, was a bit windy today, but nothing a Canadian girl can't handle!
