Discovered Yumminess I

Okay, I think we all can agree that it is important to find yummy food that keeps us on track with our weight loss goals. I don't know about you but I know for me, if I don't like what I'm eating or feel satisfied with it physically AND mentally, my car is finding the closest bakery! So I thought I would share some of the "yumminess" I've discovered thus far.

~fresh blueberries & vanilla (or lemon!) yogurt
~1/4 cup walnuts & a cup of milk
~guacamole & melba toast (I love the crunch of the toast & I don't feel deprived or miss tortilla chips!)
~salsa & melba toast
~Viactiv caramel calcium chews (I need this supplement because I wasn't getting enough calcium according to my nutrition tracker)

    I found a nutrition bar I really like. I had seen it talked about at (great site btw, if you havent seen it she ALWAYS has yummmy ideas). So, I picked up a couple and fell in love and now they are my snack of choice. The first one I tried was coconut almond chocolate. Yummmmmmmmmm! They are 180 calories, which may seem high but they are packed with protein and fiber. I now have one with me when I am on the go, as one bar is a great "filler" between meals.
