Trying to start over and I'm halfway to goal!!

I am thinking about starting over from scratch. Going through the fastbreak goals all over again and really trying to get back on track. I have been so worried about hurting after my workouts that I have gone down to only working out 1-2 x's a week! EEEKKKK!!! I can't be afriad to workout anymore. If I hurt afterwards, then I need to just deal with it. If it gets too bad, then I will take a day or two to rest and then start back again. I am hoping that eventually, my body will get used to it and get stronger. It's just so frustrating because my body didn't hurt this bad the first 40lbs lost. Now all of a sudden, it's like, my body is not adjusting to the new weight or something. I have gone to doctors about this and several other things and they either a) don't know what is wrong, b) don't think anything is wrong or c) treat me like crap. I officially just don't care anymore. I cannot allow myself to stay upset, stressed and cry everyother day when no one will help me. It is affecting not only my life but my relationships with other people. I am not giving up completely, but I will no longer stress or get upset whenever a doctor tells me my labs and tests are normal and they can't figure out what is going on with me. So from here on out, until I find someone who can tell me what's wrong, I will just deal with being tired and sore and all the symptoms I have.
I will start over today though with the same goals I originally set for February and then some.
TRACK EVERY MORSEL OF FOOD THAT GOES INTO MY MOUTH
***PORTIONS ONLY, NO MORE, NO LESS
***TRY TO EAT WITHIN MY CALORIE GOALS (very hard, I am alway under 98% of the time)
TRACK ALL OF MY FITNESS
***WALK AT LEAST 3 MILES/WEEK
***TRY TO WORK UP TO JOGGING, THEN RUNNING
***START THE C25K PROGRAM
***ENTER AND FINISH A 5K AT LEAST ONCE THIS YEAR (i know of 3 so far)
GET ON SPARKPEOPLE.COM
***SAY HELLO TO FRIENDS EVERYDAY
***BE MORE SUPPORTIVE TO OTHERS
***WRITE A BLOG ONCE A WEEK
***UPDATE DAILY GOALS
***GET ON MESSAGE BOARDS 1-2X/WEEK
***GO TO TEAM PAGES 1-2X/WEEK
***JOIN AS MANY TEAM GOALS AS I CAN HANDLE
***READ MORE ARTICLES TO LEARN MORE ABOUT FITNESS AND NUTRITION
***PARTICIPATE IN 1 NEW CHALLENGE EVERY MONTH
WATCH THE SCALE GO DOWN AND MY STRENGTH GO UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope that everyone had a great week! Mine has been good and bad but I am trying to learn from the bad and turn it all to good. Happy Losing everyone!!!
