A Great Week Even With PMS

Even though its the week before my period, I managed to lose weight. I lost 2.8 pounds this week! What I did differently is that I made sure to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, drink my water, and planned out my meals each day. I did eat candy yesterday, but instead of the full individual size peanut M&Ms, I ate half of it and was satisfied. I still have it and will probably eat the rest later on today. I really like WW as it has helped me to stay accountable and having to weigh in each week is more motivation then anything else for me to stay on track. This week I will focus on drinking my water. I did good with getting in at least 4 cups, so this week I will work on getting in 6.
