Oh No, Not Another Blog!!!!

Saturday, March 26, 2011

Hello to all my Spark Friends,
First of all I want you all to know how much I appreciate your support, commenting on my page, status, blogs and all the wonderful Spark goodies you send my way. I truly appreciate each one of you.

This is the ending of Week 3 on the BL DIVA Spring Challenge. I have done well with getting my exercise and strength training in and have been able to add stair climbing since we are at our cabin and I make dozens of trips daily up and down! That has to burn some calories!!!!

I've been trying to eat many fruits and veggies each day and choose healthier recipes. Don't know if it will make a difference in the scale this week but I feel better. We are at our North Ga. mountain cabin so I don't have my Curves/Zumba and I really miss that!!!

Well, that is about all to report this week! Thanks to all of you who take the time to read this!

Many emoticon

    Sandi,

Thanks for the blog. I usually only know what you're up to from reading my friend feed. This gave me some more insight. You're doing so great with your exercise, eating, and finding time to have fun. Thanks too for all of your continued support.

Sandi, you are a very consistent Sparker! I wish I could say the same about myself. It's one of the things I'm working on. I'm so glad so many things are working in your favor. And to think the cabin gave you the steps you needed to add stair climbing! I sense you're having a good time there -- so glad for you.

Great work, Sandi!! It is relaxing to be out of the house and then to be somewhere you can run the stairs. I am thrilled for you. Stay safe, enjoy, relax and get the exercising and good eats in as well! (Sounds like a lot to do)!

Even if you don't have your regular work out, you can use the stairs and they will work out your body too. Do it for at least 5-10 minutes and then work up. You will find that it is a great work out. If you can go longer then go for it. emoticon they had no stairs but this is close. LOL

I'm so glad you are enjoying the cabin and being away.
I know you will get a lot of walking in around the mountain so don't worry about anything.
It's hard for me to write blogs too. Sometimes I don't even know what to write in the friends feed!
Stay warm and dry, I hear Ga. getting bad weather.
    Hugs.
