Power 90 Day 27

Got my Sweat 1-2 on this morning! Then we went grocery shopping, then to meet friends for lunch, then some more grocery shopping. Didn't make it to Walgreens in time to pick up a script and pick up a few things I saw in their sale paper. Even with eating out with friends today, I managed to stay within my nutritional goals, with the exception of sodium. Well I'll do better tomorrow. It is my rest day and I'm going to plan the menu and do some of the prep work. I'm hoping to get veggies and fruit chopped and put in serving size containers for snacks. Hopefully the BF will eat the fruit too.
