I went to Walgreens early to pick up the script I needed and looked in their food aisle for some of the sale items I saw in their sales ad. The pink salmon I wanted was all gone, but I did find Post Shredded Wheat cereal with no added sugar or salt. I took the last four boxes they had. They were on sale for $1.99.

I've been looking for ways to add extra cardio because I want to start losing 2 lbs a week and I can't cut any more of my calories. I thought I'd try Zumba. I already know some of the dance steps, so it can't be that hard right? OMG! They go way too fast. I'm going to have to find something else.

    Do you have cable tv? ours has on demand movies and there is a section that says sports and exercise, they have lots of short cardio on there.

    As long as you move you are burning calories. Once you do it a few times you will get it! Don't give up! It really is fun. emoticon

    It was the video and it was the instructional part where they break down the step. Many of my friends do it and love it, so thought I'd give it a try. I think I'm going to try some of the walk videos to get more cardio in. Not as exciting as Zumba, but they'll get the job done. :-D

    If they go too fast maybe find a begginner class. I havent tried it yet but I hear so many people rave about it.
