P90 Day 30

I made it to Day 30! I did Sculpt 1-2 this morning. I hope to get in some Walking Away the Pounds in this evening. I had been looking for some additional cardio that I could get into since doing the same thing for a while can get boring. I like walking and since it still is too chilly for me to walk outside, I figured I'd find a DVD that I could do at home. I hope that the extra cardio boosts my weight loss. The hard part will be sticking to my diet. If I'm doing extra exercise, I can allow myself extra food or goodies, right? Um, no. I hope that I keep that to a minimum.

We were so busy on Sunday, that I didn't get around to taking my picture. So I guess I'll have to do that tonight too.

    THYCKNSWEET, I am doing Power 90. It's from the same people who put out P90X, but it's the precursor to it. In P90X, if you can't pass the fit test, they tell you to start with Power 90 which I shorten to P90.

    Way to go making it to Day 30! I still need to get my pics up. I like doing extra cardio especially on the sculpt days, especially walking now that it's nicer here. Thanks for the encouragement on my blog. :)
