Day 3

It is my 3rd day, I went over my goals for food intake but not by much. I took my son to the movies for his good grades on his report card, and well we always have to have popcorn and candy. I had more than I should have but a lot less than I would have before keeping track of what I eat. So I dont think I did too bad. I will have to work out a little more today. I will do better tomorrow. I did cut back by drinking diet coke and no butter on the popcorn, thank goodness...I dont even want to know how bad it could have been..LOL
Anyways time to continue....
