Got Sculpt 1-2 done this morning. I also packed my lunch and snacks for the day. Having my lunch with me today was a good thing. The last Thursday of the month, the firm buys pizza for the office. I didn't even have one piece. Especially since it's hard to stay within my fat range. I like eating nuts as a snack and today I had guacamole in my sandwich with a half slice of cheese. And I had peanut butter on my bagel this morning. Even though it's healthy fats, they still add up quickly.

Someone mention on their blog that they were not losing much weight when they were eating in the calorie range SP had them in to lose 2 lbs a week, and when she changed it to lose 1 lb a week, she started losing weight. I am at the low end for calories. I'm just above the 1,200 minimum. Since I'm doing a bit more cardio a week, I'm going to change my calorie range to lose 1.5 lb a week instead of 2 lb and see how that goes. Comparing my average calorie intake for the weeks since I started back on SP with how much I lost in that given week, it looks like a 1,400 calorie average gave me the best results any way.

I have pork chops that I need to make for dinner. I need to figure out how I'm going to prepare them. Maybe I'll make the pork stir fry recipe I found on SP. It has veggies in it.
