Just starting out in my journey to losing some weight. I've tried it all... weight watchers, low carb, no carb etc. etc. etc.
I'm so grateful that my friend recommended this site. I'm really excited about all that Spark has to offer and have spent lots of time exploring the site. There is soooooooo much to see!
So, I've made a grocery list, which isn't all that different than normal.... and I'll be off to the store to buy my goodies. I've added some yummy recipes to my cookbook and I'm looking forward to making them for my family. I vow to measure my portions and track everything I eat.... this week at least. I'm going day by day and not focusing on the grand picture. The amount I have to lose is overwhelming to me.
