I created the recipe on the spot but wrote everything down as I made it... It was DELICIOUS & only took about 15 minutes to make! We paired it with marinated Stealhead Trout and a lovely mixture of wild rices (Yum!)

I'm going to try my same sauce adding sugar-snap peas, a little onion and chicken to make it an entire dish sometime in the near future... I'll let you know when I post that recipe.
I am really trying to walk a lot more... in fact, I walked close to 12,000 steps yesterday and I wasn't used to it... my legs rubbed together so much my panties caught on fire!
