Now is the time...Today!

Now is the time to get going and back on track. Not with only the exercising but back with the nutritional tracking too. I found that I can't just do one without the other.
When I stop the exercising my shoulder and knee pain comes back. I have to keep myself up to not letting the day go without exercise.
Since I have not been food tracking, I have not been eating healthy and not knowing the nutritional value of what I eat. It does take time but the rewards of being healthy and fit makes the effort so valuable.
Now is the time for me...Today!

    I, too, lost my focus for a while - glad to see that you're reaffirming your goals and ambitions and I know that we can all do this together. Sometimes, life just throws us some curve balls, but recognizing the problem and wanting to fix it is a huge step in coming back. Good luck to you!!!
