April Goals

My goals for the month are as follows:

1. Drink at least 6 cups of water each day
2. Stay within my recommended points each day
3. Get in 1000 fitness minutes
4. Reach 20 pounds lost this month, or get close to it as possible

Short, simple, and very easy for me to do.
