It has been a week now!!! This is the longest I have stayed on a diet in years!!! And I must say, it hasnt been too bad...the hardest part is trying to find the correct food on the list when entering my foods, because sometimes when I put in the food it gives me the wrong nutritional value from which my actual product states so have to deep searching or input a new food which is very time comsuming. So I am learning to go with "close enough"!!! At least I am getting it down. I have put in 2 recipes also. I love peanut butter pie, and since I have a hard time getting in my protein I have been eating spoons of PB, so I decided to make a lowfat version of the pie.. WOW!! I didnt realize just how fattening the real thing was...the lowfat version is 25 grams of fat but gives me 13 gms of protein, I think the real thing is like 50 grams of fat..something like that. I still have to work on some high protein snacks because I really could care less for meats..unless its junk meat like corndogs and I really dont care if I have that either. But I LOST 4 POUNDS..YEAHHHHH!!! I have been walking more than what my goal is on here too.. This week has been my spring break from work and school so I have had some free time, I dont know how much time and energy I will have next week but I am hoping this week gave me the energy and motivation I needed to get movin!! Anyway..i dont know who reads this but it feels good to just write it.. so good luck to everyone else and wish me luck for tomorrow, I will need it, it is back to work and school. I work in a school cafeteria. I do the cooking and cleaning so I am around the food all day and on my feet all day so it is hard for me all around...watching what I eat and staying motivated to workout after being on my feet all day in a hot kitchen. But I got to do it!!!
