So I'd love to say that I got thru this weekend working out daily & being completely on track.
However, I'd be lying. Sadly I've figured out that husband out of town + being sick = not a very good weekend food & exercise wise.
But - I'm back with my game face on. I still feel pretty awful (darn cold/throat thing I've got going on...I sound ridiculous and keep coughing my head off) but I'm going to at least walk on the treadmill and weight train today, even if I can't run.
My hubby comes home tonight (hurray)....I definitely have to get better at staying on track when I'm alone w/ the kids. He travels a lot and it won't do me any good to use that as an excuse every time he's away!
