Almost one week

So it's been almost a week since my start. One week tomorrow.... I survived one week. I've walked Wilson a few days, my goal is to get out and walk everyday this week. The weather may not cooperate. emoticon Haven't decided if I will walk in the rain... I'm discouraged, I've walk a few times and my feet hurt. Not good...

    It's been about one week for me too. It is absolutely working. I can, however, relate to painful feet (bunions and plantar fasciitis). I've found that inserts (dr scholl's, in my case i buy the heel spur inserts) make a BIG difference. And lots of time I fight the activity but inactivity is how I got here so I know if I want my weight to change, I have to make the changes. The results will be worth it. I'm worth it. So are you :)

    Pain can keep you from exercising. I deal with pain rather often. I've found out that if I cannot walk, I do something in the house that should have been done along time ago. Such as: clean-out kitchen cabinets, closets, file cabinets, etc. Doing something is better than nothing.

    If you really get involved in sparks, it works. I spend about one hour a day reading & learning.
